In the second half, Germany increased the pressure. In the 68th minute, forward Deniz Undav equalized. The match continued into stoppage time, and in the 90+4th minute, the same Undav scored again, becoming the author of a double and bringing victory to his team — 2:1.
After two rounds, Germany leads Group E alone with 6 points. Ivory Coast is in second place with 3 points. In the final round, Germany will face Ecuador, while Ivory Coast will take on Curaçao.
