In Tashkent, the chairman of the Khonobod city court of Andijan region, Y.E, was caught taking a bribe of 170 thousand dollars. This was reported by the Press Service of the Supreme Council of Judges here.
It is noted that a meeting of the Supreme Council of Judges took place. During the meeting, the Prosecutor General's presentation on criminal prosecution of Y.E., the chairman of the Khonobod city court for criminal cases of Andijan region, under the relevant parts of Articles 168 and 28,211 of the Criminal Code, was discussed.
In conclusion, with the decision of the Council, consent was given to prosecute Y.E., and his judicial authority was suspended.
