Ingredients required for one kilogram of pilaf:
sunflower oil – 0.3 L
onion – 300 gr
beef – 700 gr
carrots – 1 kg
rice – 1 kg
chickpeas – 100 gr
cumin – 10 gr
pilaf salt – 20 gr
The Committee has reminded that the above figures do not match the retail price of one kilogram of pilaf sold in the regions. They also include the costs of preparing pilaf and other services.
