As reported, the incident occurred on June 16th of the current year on Yanga Sergeli street in the Sergeli district. Born in 1990, N.E. got into a verbal dispute with acquaintances - X.O., born in 1994, M.X., born in 1988, and M.M., born in 1991. Subsequently, while in a public place, they intentionally disregarded societal behavior norms and engaged in a fight.
During the investigation, it was discovered that the women did not seek medical attention for their injuries.
In relation to this incident, administrative protocols were drawn up against these citizens by the Sergeli district Department of Internal Affairs under Article 183 of the Administrative Responsibility Code (petty hooliganism). The documents have been sent to the Sergeli district court for legal proceedings.
