Uzbekistan citizens currently in Iran and Israel are asked to evacuate to safer areas, reports the press secretary of the Uzbekistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahror Burhanov.
"The rapidly escalating situation in the Middle East is deeply concerning to us. Uzbekistan has always called for all parties in the region to seek peace through mutual negotiations," — states the announcement.
In this regard, Uzbekistan citizens are asked to refrain from traveling to Israel and Iran, and those already in these countries are requested to move to safer areas as much as possible.
"Necessary measures are being taken to ensure safety, and we ask our citizens to remain vigilant and to follow official announcements," emphasizes the report.
