On the 11th of July of this year, a car was moving at high speed on Berezhkovskaya Embankment Street, hit people at a pedestrian crossing, and the driver fled the scene of the incident. In the accident, 2 people suffered serious bodily injuries. 

The police found his car and arrested him. It was revealed that the car was driven by a 23-year-old young man. The police presented video footage captured by a camera installed in the suspect's car.

The driver could face up to 7 years of imprisonment.
