On the very first day of monitoring the condition of cultural heritage sites in Tashkent, serious violations were detected.
28 sites were inspected, and in some of them, cases of illegal alterations and neglect were recorded.
The inspections revealed dirty facades, unauthorized repairs, and the installation of advertising banners.
On Navoi Street, illegal work was stopped, excavation was canceled, and banners were removed.
Instructions were given to those responsible to eliminate the shortcomings, and measures will be taken against violators of the law.
