The construction of the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, initiated and conceptualized by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is now in its final stages. At the same time, the construction and finishing works of the center's building are nearly completed, and the work of filling it with exhibitions and content is actively underway.
Currently, nearly 2,000 scholars, specialists, designers, artisans, and architects from our country and abroad are actively working on over 800 projects.
At this stage, about 400 selected and prepared projects for the first phase are being developed based on the "Civilizations, Personalities, Discoveries" concept previously proposed by our President.
Based on this concept, the exhibitions are being enriched in terms of content, relying on historical and scientific sources as well as archaeological evidence.
In particular, to enhance the center's content, the creation of 59 models has been planned, with 24 of them expected to be presented in modern 3D format. All models are required to be of high quality, precision, and scientifically grounded. Special attention is being paid to ensuring that the time factor does not compromise quality, and each model must meet museum-level standards.
It is also worth highlighting an important collaborative initiative in this regard. One of Uzbekistan's most popular telemedia platforms, the "Sevimli" TV channel, is supporting the President's initiative by preparing models of historical monuments.
Through the TV channel's initiative, 25 of the most important historical monument models are planned to be donated to the Islamic Civilization Center Museum as a selfless contribution.
– Our goal was to contribute to enriching the content of this center, built based on our President's vision, by creating models of historical monuments. Work on the models began in April of this year. The detailed study of historical foundations, decorations, and architectural styles, as well as collaboration with scholars during the creation of each model, reflects our serious approach to this work.
Currently, 4 models are fully ready. The models are being prepared with great responsibility. Each object is created based on discussions and scientific conclusions. Some are already completed, while others are in the production stage. We are extremely proud to participate in bringing our President's grand visions to life, – says the Director General of the "Sevimli" TV channel.
The models are being created by the "Artifact" firm under the order of the "Sevimli" TV channel, with over 15 specialists—technical staff and modeling designers—involved in the process.
