In Tashkent, a court verdict was announced against the founder and partners of "Buran Horeca."

Their accusations are related to illegal trading activities and violations of customs regulations.

On July 25, 2025, an open court hearing was held at the Yakkasaroy District Court for Criminal Cases in Tashkent city. This was reported to Darakchi.uz by the Tashkent City Court.

Under the chairmanship of Judge B.K. and with the participation of public advisors E.A. and Sh.M., a verdict was issued against A.Kh., the founder of "Buran Horeca" LLC, and his partners—Z.J., A.Y., and N.Q.

These individuals had been under suspicion since the beginning of 2025 and were charged during the court proceedings under Part 4, Clause "a" of Article 186 and Article 229 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Their charges were related to illegal commercial activities and violations of customs regulations.

According to the court's decision, A.Kh. was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment. Z.J., A.Y., and N.Q. were each sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment.

For A.Y., the court took into account the days spent in custody from January 6–10, 2025, and set the total sentence at 2 years, 11 months, and 25 days.

Additionally, the court ruled that the pretrial detention measure applied to them would remain in effect. It was also determined that 103 illegally obtained heating boilers would be destroyed under a special procedure.

During the court proceedings, it was established that material damages exceeding 128 million soums would be compensated to the legal representatives of the victims. This amount was fully paid by the relatives of the defendants.
