Today, starting from August 19, the selection stage within the framework of the second season of the "Initiative Budget" process for 2025 has been completed and the promotion stage has been launched on the "Open Budget" portal. The press service of the Ministry of Economy and Finance reported on this.

According to it, within the framework of the second season, 22,623 proposals were submitted by citizens and 18,656 proposals passed the selection stage. A 3-day promotion stage will be held for the projects that passed the selection. Here, initiators will prepare for the voting stage by promoting the projects that passed the selection.

For reference, the project submission stage was scheduled for July 15 - August 3, the selection stage for August 4-18, the promotion stage for August 19-21, and the voting stage for August 22-31.

The winners of the second season of this year will be announced on September 1 - Independence Day.
