The event was organized to ensure the implementation of the tasks set during the V open dialogue with entrepreneurs held by the head of state on August 20 of this year.
The meeting is attended by a total of 240 specialists from higher education and scientific research institutions, international financial organizations, companies producing and constructing water-saving irrigation systems and components, as well as water management organizations.
Furthermore, representatives of international institutions such as the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), the Aral Rescue International Foundation, the Scientific Information Center of the Interstate Commission for Water Coordination of Central Asia, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), and others are also participating.
Within the framework of the open dialogue, developments created by scientists from higher education and scientific institutions are being showcased. Including:

— other institutions — presented 50 developments for the exhibition.
The goal of the event is to increase efficiency in the sector through the introduction of water-saving technologies and to strengthen cooperation between entrepreneurs and the scientific community.
