President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and the entire Tajik people on the occasion of Independence Day.
In his congratulation, the President specifically acknowledged the development achieved in Tajikistan and the growing international influence.
"During the years of independence, profound reforms have been implemented in the country under your wise leadership, achieving significant results in all spheres of life," the congratulation states.
Mirziyoyev also expressed confidence that the strategic partnership relations between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan will continue to strengthen.
We recall that September 9 is celebrated as Independence Day in Tajikistan.
On this occasion, President Emomali Rahmon was also congratulated by a number of state leaders, including those of Russia, the USA, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan.
