Based on the enforcement sheet of the Chiroqchi District Economic Court, the collection of a private enterprise's 839 million soum debt from the "Business Development Bank" has been directed, and the collection has been assigned to the gas filling station of vehicles belonging to the additional guarantor based on the mortgage agreement.
The enforcement document was received by the Bureau's regional department for execution in July. Since the debt was not settled within the given period, the debtor's bank accounts were seized.
As a result of compulsory enforcement actions carried out on September 12, 2025, the station was seized. If the debt is not covered in the future, the station will be put up for online auction sales.
