During a control measure conducted by the "Uzenergoinspektsiya" Samarkand regional department, it was revealed that a production shop belonging to the private enterprise "J." in Narpay district was connected to the power grid without a meter and illegally consumed electricity.

According to preliminary calculations, this action by the enterprise caused a loss of 1 billion 884 million soums to the electricity supply organization.

Regarding this incident, pre-investigation checks are currently being carried out by law enforcement agencies.
