According to the Gaza government's press office, during the two full years of the ongoing conflict since October 7, more than 20,000 children, over 12,500 women, and hundreds of civilian representatives have lost their lives.
Additionally, 460 people, including 154 children, have died due to hunger and food shortages, and 17 people have frozen to death. The number of Palestinians killed since October 7 has exceeded 67,000, and with the missing, this number amounts to over 76,000.
Israeli attacks have also destroyed the health and education systems — 38 hospitals have been destroyed, 668 schools have been bombed, and over 13,000 students and hundreds of teachers have been killed.
A statement from the Gaza government noted that as a result of more than 130 attacks carried out by Israel in the last two days alone, another 94 people, including women and children, were killed, which is described as "part of the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people."
