At the meeting, all aspects of the situation were reviewed, and a number of measures were determined. In particular, the city internal affairs department was instructed to take legal measures regarding the illegal actions of the coach.
It was also decided that the parents of the children who asked the coach to punish their children would be held administratively liable.
The medical association was tasked with conducting an in-depth medical examination of the children, while the Internal Affairs Department and the "Inson" Center were assigned the duty to study their family environment, assess their psychological state, and take preventive measures against violence and coercion.
The city sports school was instructed to re-register all sports clubs and circles in the area, provide methodological recommendations to private coaches, identify sports circles operating illegally, and report this to the relevant authorities.
At the commission meeting, coach S. Mirzavaliev expressed regret for his actions and announced that he apologizes to the general public.
