Did the official exchange rate of the dollar fall?

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set the value of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum for October 28.

Accordingly, the official exchange rate of the dollar fell by 63.89 soums and amounted to 12,053.46 soums.

The euro rate also fell by 42.85 soums, set at 14,026.61 soums.

The Russian ruble, however, rose by 2.94 soums, amounting to 152.43 soums.
