A video depicting a girl being bullied by a group of other girls in the Andijan region has spread across social networks. The regional Department of Internal Affairs provided official information regarding the incident.
According to the information provided, on November 7 of this year, a minor, E.M., residing in the Mustaqillik neighborhood of Andijan city, got into a fight with a minor, Yu.D., who lives in the Shurbuloq neighborhood and is known to her, due to a mutual disagreement in front of building number 6, a multi-story building located in the neighborhood. The minors Sh.B., A.I., and I.M., who came with Yu.D., also got involved in this disagreement, and they inflicted bodily harm on E.M.
Currently, pre-investigation checks are being carried out by the Andijan city Investigative Department of the Internal Affairs regarding this incident. Furthermore, administrative protocols have been officially drawn up against the parents of the minors Yu.D., Sh.B., A.I., and I.M. under Article 47 of the Administrative Responsibility Code (failure to fulfill obligations regarding the upbringing and education of children).
