According to Yeniçağ Gazetesi, José Mourinho lived at the Four Seasons hotel in Istanbul for 15 months during his tenure managing Fenerbahçe but did not make payment for this period. Reports indicate his debt amounts to 747 thousand euros.
It is currently unclear who will pay this amount. Furthermore, Mourinho has not yet received the 15 million euro compensation stipulated for the premature termination of his contract with Fenerbahçe.
We recall that the Portuguese specialist began managing Fenerbahçe from the start of the 2024/25 season and received an annual salary of 15 million euros. He left his position on August 29 and is currently working with the Benfica team.
