According to court documents:

He, born in 1984, and his sister, born in 1982, had been in a dispute for several years over the issue of selling an inheritance.

At around 16:00 on February 6, 2025, they intentionally killed Khayriniso by striking her head, shoulder, and arm areas several times with a crowbar and a nail-driving tool.

The victim's body was wrapped in a carpet and polyethylene cellophane, transported by car, and buried in a natural depression near the Yangiaryk canal. To conceal the traces of the crime, the crowbar and other items were buried at the dumping site, the blood stains were washed down the sewer and covered with concrete.

During the court proceedings, Shahram Saidov (the brothers' older brother) reported his sister's unexplained disappearance. The body was found after a search that lasted approximately two months.

The brothers were found guilty under Part 2 of Article 97 of the Criminal Code (intentional homicide).

Each  was sentenced to 15 years of deprivation of liberty. It was determined that they would serve their sentence in a general regime colony.
