Administrative buildings for the directorate, customs, quarantine, phytosanitary, and veterinary services, a trade pavilion, and warehouses were organized in the designated area.

Furthermore, state services are provided based on the "single window" principle, and the necessary infrastructure for interactive systems, banking, medical, and hotel services, as well as a large parking lot, are also available.

The operation of the new trade zone will serve to develop trade and economic relations between the Khorezm region and the Tashauz region of Turkmenistan, and to expand commodity exchange and investment opportunities. The population of this area exceeds 3.5 million.
