European countries have developed a 27-point plan aimed at ending the war in Ukraine peacefully. The document is based on a 28-point plan from the United States, but some points have been replaced and exceptions have been added.
According to the plan, Ukraine's sovereignty will be ensured, all disputed issues with Russia and NATO will be resolved, the number of the Ukrainian army will be limited during the peace period, a committee will be established for prisoner exchange and humanitarian issues,
The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant will resume operation under IAEA supervision, and opportunities for access to the European market will be provided. Once all conditions are met, an immediate ceasefire will be implemented.
