Some have terminated the contract, but it is said that the promised money has not been returned for months. The company explains the delays with "internal processes."
According to the opinions expressed by clients, a number of buyers who purchased apartments from residential projects in 2023-2024 later terminated their contracts upon learning that the permits were incomplete and the location was not as stated. But the main question is — why isn't the money being returned on time?
A woman who paid 274 million soums says the company promised to return the money within a month, but even after 10 months, the funds have not been received. She says that meeting with company representatives itself is problematic, and that pressure was felt in some interactions.
Another buyer — a citizen who paid 100 million soums — spoke about terminating the contract due to incorrect information about the location, but having to wait several months without receiving the money.
Another client says they bought an apartment based on "Imarat Development" advertisements, but the promised construction work has not yet begun. Complaints are increasing that the project is "progressing slowly."
After these complaints became public, Marat Hamdamov stated that the problems would be resolved. A company representative also confirmed that money had been returned to some clients, but stated that for the rest, the processes were "at a legal stage."
Therefore, the question remains open: why do clients have to wait in line for months to get their money back?
The number of those expressing dissatisfaction is growing. Videos circulating on networks also show clients whose health deteriorated while demanding their money back, requiring an ambulance to be called.
Meanwhile, Shahzoda Mukhammedova, commenting on the situation, asked citizens who purchased apartments from "Imarat Development" to leave their opinions and feedback on her social media page.
