We previously reported the death of a 31-year-old man who died after a nose operation at a private clinic in Tashkent. Hayot Shamsutdinov, head of the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, provided information to darakchi.uz regarding the case.
According to him, citizen Kh.D., born in 1994 and residing in Chilanzor district, applied to a private clinic located in Almazar district on November 12 of this year with a diagnosis of "left-sided nasal cyst sinusitis, right-sided middle nasal concha bullosa and vasomotor rhinitis." During the surgical operation performed by the doctors of this clinic, at approximately 12:20, his pulse indicators disappeared, and as a result of a sudden cardiac arrest, biological death occurred.
According to preliminary report No. 1250 dated November 13, 2025, from the Morphology Department of the Tashkent City Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Center of Emergency Medical Aid, the cause of death of citizen Kh.D. is indicated as "Acute coronary death, caused by acute anaphylactic shock."
Regarding this case, a forensic medical examination was appointed on November 12 to determine the exact cause of the deceased's death.
On November 29, the Almazar district prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case against the doctors of the private clinic under Part 4, paragraph "a" of Article 116 of the Criminal Code, and preliminary investigative actions are being carried out.
Furthermore, based on a separate assignment given during the preliminary investigation, the activities of the private clinic were officially suspended starting from December 6 of the current year by a decision of the Almazar district SES and Department of Healthcare, based on decision No. 14-03/28.
