According to information from the internal affairs bodies of Kyrgyzstan, a citizen with the initials O.G. filed a complaint stating that he had been deceived by a woman who introduced herself as a fortune-teller between May and October.
The suspect, under the pretext of "helping the business," conducted various "rituals" and demanded that money be left in cemeteries.
Employees of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaysky district of Bishkek city detained a woman with the initials M.K., born in 2000. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code regarding the incident.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention isolator, and investigative actions are ongoing.
