In accordance with the decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on December 25, personnel decisions were made regarding a number of judges.
According to the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Mirzajonov Murodjon Kodirovich, who issued a decision in the appellate instance in the case of Akmal Shukurov, was deprived of his judicial powers and dismissed from the position of deputy chairman of the Tashkent City Court due to a violation of legality.
In connection with this same case, three other judges who were members of the appellate court panel were also dismissed from their positions based on their written statements and for allowing a violation of the law.
At the same time, Farhodjon Ganiev was appointed as deputy chairman of the Tashkent City Court, and Murodjon Ababakirov was transferred to the position of deputy chairman of the Andijan Regional Court.
