A person who promised to get a citizen a job in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and provide a driver's license without an exam in exchange for 1000 US dollars has been detained. The suspect was caught red-handed while receiving the money and is currently under investigation by the prosecutor's office until the preliminary investigation.
In the city of Zarafshan, Navoi region, a person who gained the trust of a citizen and demanded money for getting them a job and providing a driver's license has been detained. This was reported by the "Navoi" TV channel in the "Diyor 24" information program.
It was established that a person with the initials J., born in 1994 in Uchkuduk district, gained the trust of a citizen and promised to get them a job in the system through his acquaintances working in the internal affairs bodies and to obtain a driver's license without the relevant tests. For these "services," the suspect demanded 1000 US dollars.
During an operation by a rapid response group, J. was caught red-handed while receiving 1000 dollars, which had been chemically treated, from the applicant in front of one of the shopping complexes in Zarafshan city.
During the interrogation, the suspect fully confessed to his guilt, stated that he had used the name of the head of the internal affairs department, but in fact, the leadership had no connection to this matter, and that he had taken the money for his own benefit.
Currently, pre-investigation actions are being carried out by the Zarafshan city prosecutor's office regarding this case.
