The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) rescuers saved ten people trapped in a snowstorm in Kashkadarya region. The ministry's press service reported this to the media.
Reportedly, on the evening of January 23 at 18:00, a message was received by the Kashkadarya Regional Department of Emergency Situations. It stated that due to a strong wind causing an observed snowstorm on the highway passing through the territory of the "Mustaqillik" neighborhood of Dehkanabad district, the movement of several vehicles was blocked, and an appeal was received about the need for practical assistance to citizens.
MES rescuers arrived at the specified location in an all-terrain vehicle and evacuated the 10 people who found themselves in a difficult situation to a safe area.
