According to the "Financial Times" publication, citing a source within the US administration, Donald Trump has on several occasions emphasized that nuclear weapons pose a serious threat to the entire world and has expressed a desire to involve China in negotiations to limit and control them.
The publication also speculates that Trump may agree to extend the duration of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) between Russia and the United States.
