A school-age child died from an electric shock as a result of using a phone in a bathhouse in Russia's Leningrad region. This was reported by "Gazeta.Ru".

It is reported that the incident occurred in the city of Boksitogorsk. After a walk, the child who went in to bathe also brought a phone and a charger into the bathhouse. After the phone fell into the water, a strong electric current struck the child, and it was not possible to save his life.

The child's father thought his son had fallen asleep in a warm room after being in the cold.

It is noted that a similar tragic incident was previously recorded in the Vladimir region. There, a teenager also died when the device he was using, plugged into a socket, fell into the water while he was in the bathtub.
