According to the decree, the National Scientific Research Institute of Biopharmaceuticals is being established on the basis of the Uzbekistan Scientific Research Institute of Chemistry and Pharmacy, the Tashkent Scientific Research Institute of Vaccines and Serums, and the "Sharq Tabobati" Scientific Research Institute.
