It discussed measures to transform water infrastructure into an economically active area, expand tourism and entrepreneurship projects, as well as increase water resources.

It was noted at the meeting that as a result of concrete lining of rivers and canals in the country, up to 1.3 billion cubic meters of water are being saved annually. This allows for the rational use of resources under conditions of water scarcity.
At the same time, it was emphasized that by collecting flood waters and directing them, thousands of hectares of land can be reintroduced into agricultural circulation. According to experts, this approach will serve not only to increase water reserves but also to develop fisheries and other water management sectors.
The meeting also paid special attention to the issues of organizing tourism facilities, service points, and entrepreneurial projects around reservoirs and canals. The head of state gave instructions to those responsible for modernizing water infrastructure, expanding private sector participation in the field, and effectively utilizing existing opportunities.
