This is reported by the head of the presidential information service, Sherzod Asadov.

“In this captivating season, filled with light and beauty the world over, the Eastern New Year - Nowruz - is entering our beloved homeland.

Today, like two great rivers merging, we are celebrating the Nowruz holiday together with the blessed holiday of Ramadan.

I sincerely congratulate you, our entire multi-ethnic people, from the bottom of my heart on such blessed days, which are a symbol of nature's awakening and spiritual purification.

I also congratulate our compatriots working and studying in countries far and near, expressing to them our warm greetings and best wishes.

May the holiday be blessed for all of us!

May Nowruz bring peace and happiness to our land!” said the head of our state.

It was emphasized that a major movement has begun to bring the spirit of New Uzbekistan to all regions, villages, and neighborhoods.

Enormous steps are being taken in creating new jobs, reducing poverty, and strengthening social protection. New, modern enterprises, communication networks, comfortable housing, and education, healthcare, culture, and sports facilities are being built.

It was emphasized that the scale of such construction projects will be further expanded in the future.

“On this blessed morning, we express our high respect and esteem to our hardworking farmers and dehkans.

We wish you, dear ones, victories and success in your noble work of further enriching and prospering our nation's table. For it is through your noble labor that our people's sustenance is ensured. In this matter, our state and society will always support you,” said our President.
