In Namangan region, holiday funds of 200 US dollars each have been transferred to the savings accounts of 521 orphans and children deprived of parental care under state guardianship. The National Agency for Social Protection reported this.

According to the report, these payments are being made based on the President's decision on supporting the population in connection with the Kurban Hayit holiday. According to the document, measures to inquire about the situation of needy families across the country and to provide material and moral support to citizens in need of social protection have been expanded.

Also, it has been established that funds of 200 dollars each will be transferred to over 8,000 orphans across the republic, as well as to children who have lost their parents and children of servicemen who died while on duty.

In Namangan, under this program, funds for 521 children have been directed to the corresponding savings accounts.

It is noted that the charity events are being financed from the funds of the “Waqf” charitable public foundation.
