In the criminal court of Ohangaron city, an administrative case related to sexual harassment was examined against M.T., a 39-year-old employee of the Ministry of Defense.
According to court documents, the man gave a ride to an unknown girl in his car with the intention of taking her to Ohangaron city. It was noted that during the journey, he got acquainted with the girl and committed inappropriate actions towards her.
M.T. admitted his actions at the court hearing and expressed remorse. He also said that he is the sole breadwinner of his family and has two minor children.
By court decision, he was found guilty under part 1 of Article 41-1 (sexual harassment) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and sentenced to 5 days of administrative arrest.
