Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko will pay an official visit to North Korea on March 25–26. Lukashenko's press service reported that this visit is being made at the invitation of DPRK leader Kim Jong Un.
During the visit, negotiations will be held between the leaders of the two states. This meeting is expected to discuss political, economic, and cultural relations between Belarus and North Korea, identify mutually beneficial projects, and review prospects for their implementation.
The visit is also planned to serve to strengthen the legal-contractual basis of bilateral relations and intensify cooperation.
