Therefore, by 2030, it is of great importance to reduce the volume of pollutants released into the atmosphere, increase the share of waste capture at industrial facilities, reduce harmful substances emitted by transport, and decrease the number of days exceeding the norm for PM2.5.
In this regard, the "Clean Air" project pays special attention to the energy and industrial sectors. For example, environmental requirements in the construction sector will also be strengthened. For newly constructed large facilities, requirements are being established, such as increasing the greening level during design, storing construction materials in closed conditions, removing waste through special pipes and containers, enclosing sites with protective barriers, and installing online surveillance cameras.
It is worth emphasizing that these measures not only ensure environmental sustainability but also serve the cleanliness of the atmosphere, public health, and the harmonious development of urban infrastructure.
