The proposal to allow accredited private medical institutions to perform transplant operations was approved.
According to reports, the private healthcare sector has been growing rapidly in recent years, with the number of clinics reaching 8,700 by 2026, up from 3,200 in 2016.
At the same time, plans are being made to strengthen licensing requirements and establish control over the quality of medical services and patient safety through electronic systems.
It was also proposed that from 2028, the insurance fund should not purchase medical services from institutions that have not been accredited.
Furthermore, measures will be implemented to gradually introduce mandatory licensing for all state medical institutions by 2030. The president gave instructions to the relevant officials to accelerate reforms in the sector.
