At the 18th plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, the Constitutional Law "On the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was approved.
According to the Senate, the document defines the place of the Presidential Administration in the system of state administration, its legal status, tasks, and the procedure for organizing its activities.
The law also strengthens the mechanisms of cooperation between the Administration and state bodies and other organizations, as well as legal guarantees for officials and employees.
In developing the document, the experience of countries such as the USA, Finland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Latvia, and Kazakhstan was studied.
It is noted that the law serves to provide organizational, legal, and analytical support for the President's activities, strengthen cooperation between state bodies, and increase management efficiency.
Let us recall that the draft law was adopted in the first reading by the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis on August 4.
