In Bangkok, Thailand, on May 16, a collision between a freight train and a passenger bus resulted in 8 deaths, and medical assistance was provided to 33 injured individuals.

As of May 17, 15 of the injured have been discharged from the hospital, while 18 are still undergoing treatment. So far, two of the deceased have been identified as Thai citizens.

According to the forensic department of the Police General Hospital in Bangkok, there are no citizens of Uzbekistan among the injured.

It has been reported that this incident is under constant monitoring by the consular office of Uzbekistan in Thailand.
