The territorial administration of the Syrdarya region conducted studies on the execution of laws in purchases made by the Syrdarya district Beautification Administration. This was reported by the Press Service of the Competition Committee here.
It was reported that during the purchase process initiated on June 14 of the current year by the beautification administration for the acquisition of an "Excavator-Loader" with an initial value of 954 million som, cases of violation of the requirements of Article 29 of the "Law on Competition" and Article 46 of the "Law on State Purchases" were identified in the evaluation of participants.
Relevant information for legal assessment of these cases has been sent to law enforcement agencies.
