A video showing active resistance against a law enforcement officer spread on social networks. The Tashkent City Police Department provided information on the incident.

According to reports, on the night of August 19 this year, at around 02:00 AM, in the Bektemir district market area, patrol duty officer sergeant J.Rajabov of the Bektemir district's Internal Affairs Branch PPH inspector, noticed a vehicle parked in a no-parking zone.

Since this vehicle was obstructing the free movement of other vehicles, J.Rajabov called the owner of the Captiva model car, asking to remove the vehicle. However, a citizen born in 1990 actively resisted the lawful demand of the officer, hitting sergeant J.Rajabov and causing him bodily harm.

An investigation is currently being carried out by the Bektemir district prosecutor's office regarding this incident. A legal decision will be made following the conclusion of the investigation.
