A video circulated on social media showing singer Osman Navruzov driving at high speed in his car. Measures were taken against the singer, who violated traffic rules, in an established order. The Ministry of Internal Affairs' Road Traffic Safety Service reported this.
It turns out, Navruzov recorded a video of himself going at a speed of 197 km/h on October 3rd, yesterday.
"I apologize to our people for accidentally posting the video on my stories, and I ask for forgiveness from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and the Road Traffic Safety officers. I promise not to move at such a speed again and I do not recommend you to do so either. I am surrendering my driving license. They will provide an explanation about this," said the singer.
The Road Traffic Safety Service asked all traffic participants to follow the established order and rules on the roads.
