In Jizzakh, a father had to pay alimony in advance to go abroad. The press service of the Enforcement Bureau reported to darakchi.uz.
It is noted that according to the decision of the civil court, an execution sheet was issued for the debtor K.S. to deduct alimony from his monthly salary and income for the benefit of the claimant M.S. for the material support of their underage children, which was received by the execution department of the Pakhtakor district.
During the execution actions, the debtor K.S. informed the state executors that he needed to go to the Russian Federation for work purposes, but his right to travel abroad was temporarily restricted.
Then, the state executors indicated that according to the legislation, the restriction on traveling abroad could be removed by prepaying the alimony debt.
Therefore, the debtor K.S. prepaid 50 million soums in alimony for his two underage children to the claimant.
