The construction of the multi-storey residential building in the city of Yangiyul in Tashkent region has been stopped. This was due to the poor quality of the work performed reason.
According to the report of the Inspection for Control in the Field of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, the object on Kamolot Street was being constructed by "Saidazim Ota" LLC.
The construction and installation works of the 8-storey, 48-apartment building were carried out contrary to construction requirements. The set standards for bricklaying in partition walls were not followed.
During the bricklaying processes, construction meshes were not used. This indicates that the technical and internal controls at the object did not function, according to the inspection report.
Responsible parties have been given instructions regarding the identified shortcomings, and they have been subjected to administrative fines. Construction works have been halted until the building is technically inspected.
"Do not carry out construction work poorly, putting your life and the lives of others at risk. Such buildings can lead to catastrophic situations not just one day, but any day," — the report emphasizes.
