Reports of nearly 10-15 donkeys being slaughtered and dumped in a canal in the Samarkand region have sparked public discussion on social networks.
This incident was investigated by the state inspectors of the Kattakurgan district Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection and representatives of responsible organizations.
It is noted that this case involved a citizen living in the "Shurak" village of the Kattakurgan district, who had set up a slaughterhouse in his house and had been slaughtering several donkeys to sell their meat.
The issue has now been fully resolved, and the operation of the slaughterhouse has been halted. Legal actions are being taken regarding the illegal activity, and reports have been prepared and submitted to the relevant authorities.
