According to the enforcement document of the Bostan Interdistrict Court on Civil Cases, a child support for the benefit of D.Y. from the debtor A.N. for his two minor children has been ordered.
It appears that the debtor A.N. went to work in the Russian Federation in 2020, that is before the court document was issued, and during his stay abroad, he did not pay the alimony payments on time, causing the debt to exceed 20 million sums.
During the enforcement actions, it has been found out that the debtor returned to our country's territory in March of the current year.
Therefore, a preventive conversation was held with the debtor, explaining the necessity to pay off the alimony debts. The alimony-paying father has stated that he would give his five-room house located in Ulugnor district in exchange for the debt and future alimony payments for his children.
Thus, the house documents were officially registered in the name of the claimant, and the execution of the enforcement document was ensured.
