According to the data of the National Statistics Committee, in January-February 2025, a total of 1,032.2 thousand citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan traveled abroad for tourism purposes. This figure has increased by 182.2 thousand people, or 21.4%, compared to the same period of the previous year.
During January-February of the current year, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who traveled abroad visited the following countries:
Kyrgyz Republic – 422,572 people;
Tajikistan – 193,348 people;
Kazakhstan – 154,716 people;
Saudi Arabia – 81,173 people;
Russia – 48,029 people;
Turkey – 33,039 people;
UAE – 31,787 people;
Egypt – 11,078 people;
Thailand – 10,803 people;
Vietnam – 7,876 people;
Other countries – 37,740 people
