A fire broke out at a substation in the Yashnobod district of Tashkent city. The capital's Fire Services Department reported this.
The incident occurred on April 11 at 13:20 at the substation located on Mavlono Riyoziy Street. Rescue crews arrived at the scene at 13:27 and extinguished the fire by 13:41.
It was found that the transformer cables in the substation area caught fire and were damaged. There were no citizens who received injuries or died as a result of the fire.
The cause of the fire and the material damage are being determined.
