By September 1, 2025, the "Unified Portal of Hajj and Umrah" will be launched in Uzbekistan. Through this system, the processes of organizing Hajj and Umrah trips will be fully digitized. The portal allows citizens to form a single electronic queue and list.

This is stated in the presidential decree "On measures to further strengthen guarantees of the right to freedom of conscience of citizens and bring reforms in the religious and educational sphere to a new level."

The portal will be developed jointly by the Committee on Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Digital Technologies.

In this case, the following aspects are taken into account:

- Unified electronic queue for Hajj trips

- An electronic list will be compiled for Umrah trips.

- Collection and processing of documents is carried out in digital form.

- The relevant ministries and agencies will integrate their databases into the system.

The Committee on Religious Affairs provides the necessary technical and financial support for the portal's operation.

Also, legal entities licensed to organize Umrah events and the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan will have the opportunity to use the services through the portal.

Through this initiative, excessive bureaucratic barriers in performing Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages will be eliminated, and processes will be made transparent and convenient.
